CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc All workouts can be scaled back to cater for all ages and fitness levels. These sessions run for 60 minutes and are a combination of gymnastics, power lifting, olympic lifting, METCONs and cardiovascular training.
