Fun CrossFit Kids program promoting fitness and healthy habits with twice-weekly 45-minute classes.
CrossFit Kids is an exciting and fun way for kids and teens to exercise and learn healthy lifestyle habits. CrossFit is also an ideal supplement to children who already play sports. We have Level 1 & Level 2 Children’s classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays of the school Term. These classes run for approximately 45 minutes.
